SAFETY BARRIER
Simple Guardrails With Omega Section
Simple Steel guardrails with a beam in “W” section for vehicles with absorber and posts (steel sections) spaced 2m or 4m (level of containment N2 – EN1317-1/ 2). The guardrails are conceived to absorb the impact energy in case of a vehicle collision and at the same time to keep the integrity of the vehicle.
Type of fixing: posts with a guardrail pile driver. Steel guardrails for protection of motorcyclists in bended plate S275 quality, 4 meters spaced out, 350mm height and 2mm thick. (Optional)
Double Guardrails With Omega Section
Double Steel guardrails with a beam in “W” section for vehicles with absorber and posts (steel sections) spaced 2m or 4m (level of containment N2 – EN1317-1/ 2). The use of a second “W” beam increases the capacity of the guardrail containment, recommended for high risky locations.Type of fixing: posts with a guardrail pile driver. Guardrails for Engineering Structure
Simple or double steel guardrails with a beam in “W” section with posts kept 2m away. These guardrails present N2 containment level (EN1317 – 1/ 2) and fixed with anchor bolts.
Double Guardrails with U Section
Double steel guardrails with a beam in “U” section for vehicles with posts spaced 2m. This type of guardrails is frequently installed in engineering structures for its high efficiency in vehicles containment allied to the efficient esthetic integration.
Fixed with anchor bolts.
Guardrails Type BN4
Steel H2 containment system type BN4 for bridges and viaducts, with a “W” beam section, posts spaced 2m and an absorption system which guarantees a higher containment level.
System behaviour consistent with the criteria of the regulations EN 1317 – 1/ 2, regarding the CE marking of the containment system with level H2 by the Laboratoire d’Essais INRETS Equipements de la Route.
Fixed with anchor bolts.
